Conditions or Reasons:
1) As the proposed single storey rear extension would not comply with and hence fail the criteria stated in Paragraph (d, (f)(i) and subsequently paragraph A.4 of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended), it would not be considered to be permitted development. Therefore, the proposed development would not be considered Lawful, and planning permission is required.
