Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/03872/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The self contained accommodation hereby approved shall only be occupied whilst under the ownership and management of the owner(s) of 15 Shaftesbury Drive.

Reason: Due to the relationship of the building to 15 Shaftesbury Drive and the implications for parking and amenity which would result from two unrelated properties.
(Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy Development Management Policies)
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the garage accommodation on the site shall not be used for any purpose, other than as garage accommodation, unless permission has been granted by the Local Planning Authority on an application for that purpose.

Reason: To retain off-street parking provision and thereby minimise the potential for on-street parking which could adversely affect the convenience of road users.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: CBC/001; CBC/002; LPS217 1.1 Rev 00; LPS217 1.2 Rev 00; and Design & Access Statement.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
