Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/03886/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the approved plans, all making good of the existing building shall be carried out in materials and finishes which closely match, like-for-like, those historic materials and finishing details used in the existing building or structure, to accord with usual conservation good practice unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the special architectural and historic interest, character and appearance of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with standard conservation good practice.
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1599.03.01 Rev L, 1599.03.02 Rev L, 1599.03.06 Rev L,1599.03.07 Rev L and 1599.03.08 Rev L.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
