Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/04048/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Within three months of completion of the construction of the wall hereby permitted, the wall shall be painted to match as closely as possible in colour, those of the existing wall and adjoining buildings, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished to match the existing wall and adjoining buildings in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 15019/100 A, CBC/001 and CBC/002.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
