Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/04264/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted details of a fencing and planting screen to screen the air source heat pump hereby permitted shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the local planning authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented prior to the air source heat pump being brought into use and shall thereafter be retained.

Reason: The scheme is an integral part of the installation of the air source heat pump in the interest of visual amenity and to safeguard the setting of the grade II listed building in accordance with policy B8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and the principles of the NPPF.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1219 PP 01 Rev A; CBC/001; CBC/002; CBC003; NIBE Air Source Heat Pump Specification for NIBE F2040.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
