Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/04491/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The summerhouse hereby approved shall be finished with black felt shingles and heritage green timber walls.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and the historical significance of the setting of the Listed Building.
(Policy BE8, SBLPR and Sections 7 & 12, NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans and details, number CBC/001 and Garden Affairs: Prima Marloes Tradition Garden Office specification dated 10/10/2016 pages 1-4.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
