Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/04565/LDCP
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed single-storey rear infill extension would not comply with and hence fail the criteria stated in Paragraphs A.1 (f)(i) of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) and so fails the whole of Class A.

Furthermore, if the existing two-storey outbuilding would be amended to include the proposed alterations, when the two-storey outbuilding is re-assessed as a whole, it would exceed the thresholds and conditions stated in Paragraphs E.1 (d), (e), and (f) of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), thereby failing to comply with the whole of Class E.

As such, both the proposed rear infill extension and the proposed amendments to the existing two-storey outbuilding would not be considered to be permitted development and therefore require planning permission.
