Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is for the sole benefit of Miss Heather Campbell and shall extend to any other person, stylist, partnership, firm or company.

Reason: To ensure the retention of planning control by the Local Planning Authority on the disposal of the present applicant's interest in the land and buildings.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, site location plan, ground floor layout plan and CBC001.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
