Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/04620/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

2) No development shall take place until a scheme showing off-street parking for two vehicles in addition to the garage hereby approved has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be fully implemented before the development is first occupied or brought into use and thereafter retained for this purpose.

Reason: This is a pre-commencement condition to ensure provision for car parking clear of the highway.

3) The first floor window in the north east facing elevation of the development hereby permitted shall be permanently fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the first floor north east facing elevation.

Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan, number DD 15/155.1A

Reason: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
