| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
Any garage or car port shall only be used for purposes incidental to the use of the dwelling for residential purposes and no trade or business shall be carried out therefrom.
Reason: To prevent the introduction of any commercial use. (Policy BE8, SBLPR). |

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no extensions to the buildings or the erection of buildings within their curtilage hereby permitted shall be carried out without the grant of further specific permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To control the external appearance of the buildings in the interests of the amenities of the area, and in order to control openness in the Green Belt, (Policy BE8, SBLPR and Section 9, NPPF). |

The windows coloured green on Drawing No.PL04 House Type C on Plot 6 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
Reason: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties. (Policy BE8, SBLPR and Section 7, NPPF). |

An area of land across the whole of the site frontage measuring at least 4.5m from and parallel to the nearside edge of the adjacent road carriageway shall be perpetually kept free of all obstruction to visibility over a height of 1.05m above the adjoining road channel level.
Reason: To ensure adequate visibility between the existing highway and the accesses and to make the accesses safe and convenient for the traffic which use them. (Policy BE8, SBLPR and Section 4, NPPF) |
