Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/04931/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The proposed access shall have a minimum width of 2.75m measured at the highway boundary and shall not be brought into use until the footway crossover and dropped kerbs have been installed.

Reason: To ensure the provision of a vehicle access appropriate to the development in the interests of highway safety.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003, CBC/004 and CBC/005.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
