Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/05233/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The use hereby permitted shall be discontinued and all structures (if any) removed on or before 12/01/2022 unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission for its continuation.

Reason: To allow the Local Planning Authority to review the use when the permission expires in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and Section 7, NPPF.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 3001, 3001 Rev A, 3002 Rev A, Design and Access Statement V1.1.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
