Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/05460/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development and 'making good' shall be finished in accordance with the details approved under Condition 3 of planning permission CB/12/04201/VOC; 'AOD Report 16/03/16 & Historic Buliding Record 2016/16 Version 1.2.'

Reason: To control the development in the interests of protecting the historic character of the property.

3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 3025 W1 Revision 2, W2 Revision 2, W3 Revision 3, W4 Revision 3 & W5.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
