Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/05461/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 as amended (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no development falling with the scope of Classes A to E or Class G of Part 1 Schedule 2 of the Order, shall be carried out within the curtilage of the property without the grant of further specific permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To control the development in the interests of protecting the Green Belt, the historic character of the property and the amenities of the area.
(Policy BE8, SBLPR & Sections 9 & 12 NPPF).
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 as amended (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows shall be inserted within the north west elevation of the converted open-fronted barn, or at first floor level or above within the north west elevation of the converted granary building without the grant of further specific permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect, as far as possible, the amenity of neighbouring residents.
(Policies BE8 & H9 SBLPR & Section 7 NPPF).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 3025 W1 Revision 2, W2 Revision 2, W3 Revision 3, W4 Revision 3 & W5.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
