Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/05624/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All exterior timber finishes applied or renewed as part of the alterations hereby approved shall match the existing.
Reason: To ensure that the alterations hereby approved are sympathetic to the traditional character of the building in recognition of the particular contribution the building makes to Conservation Area character and Listed Building setting. (Policy BE8, SBLPR & Sections 7 & 12 NPPF)
3) All external elements of stove flues (additional/replacement or relocated) shall be given a black paint finish and shall be maintained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the alterations hereby approved are sympathetic to the traditional character of the building in recognition of the particular contribution the building makes to Conservation Area character and Listed Building setting. (Policy BE8, SBLPR & Sections 7 & 12 NPPF)
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1741/2/002, 1741/2/004E, 1741/2/005B, 1741/2/006A, 1741/2/007A &1741/2/008E.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
