Conditions or Reasons:
1) The pergolas, outside seating and associated decked garden shall not be used for the consumption of alcohol or food after 10.30pm on any day without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.

2) This planning permission relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 8085-100, 8085-200, 8085-201 and, 8085-300.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
