Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/05853/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby approved shall be constructed in accordance with the materials indicated on approved plan 'elevations & roofplan' and stated in Question 9 'Materials' on the application form. Where not stated, the colours of materials shall be dark grey or dark green pvc coated box profile steel sheeting. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the building and of the area generally, in accordance with policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and Section 7, NPPF.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers P01-2 (revised 6.3.17), P01, P02, elevations & roofplan.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
