Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/05874/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the shop front shall be painted in RAL 9022 (pearl light grey).

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the Listed Building within the historic character of the Conservation Area.

3) The premises shall not be open to customers outside of the hours of 10.00 to 20.00 on any day.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.

4) Noise from plant, machinery and equipment, shall not at any time exceed a value of 5 dB below the typical external background noise, when measured or calculated in accordance with the methodology set out in British Standard 4142:2014.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.

5) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers RM16/097.51 & RM16/097.52.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
