Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission relates to the residential occupation of the parts of the building identified for those purposes on Plan No. CBC2 (floor plan) and shall be for the benefit of Mr Robert Hinds and his dependent/carer and no other persons.. It shall only be occupied ancillary to the use of the building as a clubhouse associated with Water End Fisheries. When the premises cease to be occupied by Mr Robert Hinds the residential use shall cease.

Reason: Permission is granted exceptionally given the special circumstances of the applicant and the limited scale of conversion, as the site would otherwise not be suitable for residential use, being the settlement envelope within open countryside.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC 1 (1:2000 location plan), CBC 2 (floor plan).

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
