Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/00164/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 3 months from the date of this decision, the parking scheme shown on Drawing No.06 shall be completed and thereafter be retained for this purpose.

Reason: To ensure provision for car parking clear of the highway.
(Section 4, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 06 (Parking Provision), 05 (Proposed Elevations), 04 (Proposed Floor Plans), 11 (Existing Site Plan), 03 (Proposed Site Plan) & 01 (Location Plan).

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
