Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/00185/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The above application has been considered in detail by the Council, which hereby gives you notice of its decision to decline to determine the application, using the powers granted by Section 70A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

The Local Planning Authority's reasons for taking this decision are that the Secretary of State has dismissed an appeal within the last two years against a decision by the Local Planning Authority to refuse planning permission for a similar development, and in the opinion of the Council there have been no significant changes in the relevant material considerations since that time.
2) The above application has been considered in detail by the Council, which hereby gives you notice of its decision to decline to determine the application, using the powers granted by Section 70C of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

The Local Planning Authority's reasons for taking this decision are that a pre-existing Enforcement Notice is in effect and the development proposed in the application would involve granting permission in respect of the matters specified in that enforcement notice as constituting the breach of planning control.
