Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/00251/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Prior to commencement of the proposed extension hereby permitted, a sample of the brick proposed to be used for the brick plinth shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the historical significance of the Grade II Listed Building.

3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 10425/01, 10425/02 Rev B, 10425/03 Rev A, 10425/04,10425/05, 10425/06, 10425/07 and Design and Access Statement.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
