Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/00438/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Any gates provided shall open away from the highway.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
3) The proposed means of illumination shall be shielded so that no glare or dazzle occurs to drivers of vehicles using the public highway.

Reason: In the interest of road safety.
4) All parts of the projecting lantern must be at a height of, or greater than 2.3m vertically above the footpath and no less than 500mm horizontally from the edge of the adjacent cariageway.

Reason: In the interests of pedestrian/highway safety and convenience.
5) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers TLG.D, TLG.A, TLG.B and TLG.C

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
