Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/00476/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 1995, (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no building, fence, wall, gate or other means of enclosure shall be erected within the application site as set out in plan no.JJ17-005 Sheet 001 Rev.A unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenities of adjacent occupiers and the character and appearance of the area.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers JJ17-005 Sheet 001 Rev A, JJ17-005 Sheet 002.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
