Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/00907/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials and finish as detailed in the application.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with suitable materials and finish. (Section 12, NPPF)
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 001, 002 (proposed layout) , 004 , SK (proposed layout).

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
