Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/01135/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of Class A1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the building shall only be used as a hairdressing salon and storage ancillary to the main residential use of the site (numbers 78 and 80 Snow Hill, Maulden, Beds). The hairdressing salon shall be limited to the area identified for that particular purpose on drawing CBC01.

Reason: To prevent the establishment of an independent hairdressing salon on the site.
3) The A1 use (hairdressers salon) hereby permitted shall not be used except between the hours of 0800 and 1900 Monday to Saturday and not at all on Sundays or Bank and Public Holidays.

Reason: To protect the residential amenity of nearby residential premises.
4) Noise resulting from the use of the plant, machinery or equipment shall not exceed the background noise level when measured or calculated according to BS4142:2014.

Reason: To protect the residential amenity of nearby residential premises.
5) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan, number CBC-01.

Reason: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
