Conditions or Reasons:
1) The laying of a hardstanding and construction of a fence within Nuns Wood, Meppershall would cause harm to the natural setting, character and appearance of the woods, and would also encroach into tree root protection areas and thereby cause harm to the protected mature trees and biodiversity within the woods, and therefore would be contrary to Policies DM3, DM14, DM15, CS16 and CS18 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and Section 11 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
