Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/01293/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001 (Site Location Plan 7/03/17) & CBC/002 (Floorplan 7/03/17).

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
2) The approved landscaping plan, management and maintenance schedules associated with condition 6 of planning permission ref: SB/04/01052/FULL shall be fully adhered to and carried out as approved.

Reason: To ensure that the planting is adequately maintained.

3) No floodlighting or other illumination of the building and car parking areas hereby permitted shall be installed until details of the lighting to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. If within 12 months following the first use of the floodlights or other lighting the Local Planning Authority require the alignment of the lights to be adjusted or hoods/filters fitted, this shall be carried out in accordance with an agreed scheme within 14 days of an official notification. The means of illumination shall thereafter be implemented only in accordance with the agreed scheme.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the AONB and AGLV.
