Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/01425/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) There shall be no storage of plant or materials or surface/level changes within the root protection area of the Silver Birch tree which is covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

Reason: To safeguard the Silver Birch Tree.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 04 and 05

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
