Conditions or Reasons:
1) The application contains insufficient information by means of accurate plans in order to fully assess the proposal in terms of visual and residential amenity impact as well as show that the development can be accommodated in a manner that would not cause increased danger and inconvenience to users of the highway; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies 2009 and the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide 2014.
