Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/01719/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The erection of the two storey and single storey rear extension will, by reason of their excessive scale, result in a reduction in the amount of rear garden and the development appearing as a cramped form of overdevelopment with a lack of amenity space for the occupiers of this proposed substantially sized house. This will be in conflict with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Planning Document dated 2009.
2) The two storey rear extension will, by reason of its siting and design, result in harmful loss of privacy to occupiers of the house to the rear at number 30 Denton Drive by way of overlooking into the rear garden and rear windows. This will be in conflict with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Planning Document dated 2009.
