Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/01860/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and post commencement of the installation of 2m close boarded fencing hereby approved on the Block Plan No.CBC/001, full external finishes including colours expressed or demonstrated by colour swatches, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the approved development shall be undertaken thereafter within 3 months of the decision notice strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the character of the area and streetscene in the interests of the neighbouring amenity.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, (except as amended through condition number one of this permission), CBC/002 and CBC/003.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
