Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/01960/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The boundary treatment hereby approved shall be completed in accordance with the emails from the applicant dated 11/07/17 and 17/07/17 (Euroguard Protek 1000, black) and shall be thereafter retained.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development and the visual amenities of the locality.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/01; K1171-02; K1171-03; K1171-04A; emails from applicant dated 11/07/17 and 17/07/17.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
