Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/02038/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The planting and landscaping scheme shown on approved Drawing No. DPL/15/07-SK1 B shall be implemented by the end of the full planting season immediately following the completion of the development hereby permitted (a full planting season shall mean the period from October to March). The tree shall subsequently be maintained for a period of five years from the date of planting and if it dies or is destroyed during this period it shall be replaced during the next planting season with another of a similar size and species.

Reason: Reason: To maintain the character and appearance of the site and the wider Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers DPL/15/07-SK1 B, DPL/15/07-SK2, DPL/15/07-01 and DPL/15/07-02 D.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
