Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/02257/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, no further windows or other openings shall be formed in the west side elevation to the external appearance of the extension hereby permitted without the prior express permission in writing of the District Planning Authority.

Reason: To enable the District Planning Authority to exercise proper control over the external appearance of the building in the interests of the amenities of the area to safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies BE8 & H8 SBLPR and Section 7, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 01, 02 and 12.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
