Conditions or Reasons:
1) The extension hereby approved shall not be occupied until a 1.8m high close boarded fence has been erected in the position shown within the blue land on drg 447/15/13 Rev D and shall thereafter be retained.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development and the visual amenities of the locality and protect the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties in accordance with policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
