Conditions or Reasons:
1) The scheme submitted to the Local Planning Authority on 19 May 2017 to prevent sand, mud and other debris from being washed onto the public highway shall continue to be implemented in perpetuity.

Reason: In the interests of amenity and to prevent the deposit of sand, mud or other extraneous material on the highway.
(Policies CS14 & DM3, CSDMP and Section 7, NPPF)
2) This decision relates to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers AT200-01, A3-15374.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
