Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/02770/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows shall be inserted into the southern flank elevation of the extension hereby approved, without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the privacy of neighbouring residents in accordance with policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and Section 7, NPPF.
2) The development hereby permitted shall only be used as an extension to the dwelling known as 35 High Street Wrestlingworth SG19 2EP and shall not be occupied as a separate or self-contained dwelling unit.

Reason: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit in accordance with policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and Section 7, NPPF.
3) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers OS Site location plan, D02/1326/01, D02/1326/04.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
