Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/03044/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details shown on the submitted plans details of the planting of shrubs to the inside of the roadside wall hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved shrubs shall be planted in the next available planting season following their approval and maintained for a period of at least five years.

Reason: To safeguard the visual amenities of the street scene.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 0491/101 Existing, 0491/101, 0491/102/A Proposed, 0491/201/A and 0491/002

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
