Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the approved plans, all new roof windows shall be fitted with conservation style roof windows, including a central vertical bar and shall be retained thereafter.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the Conservation Area, and match the joinery on the main dwelling house.
