Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/03325/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The materials to be used for the development hereby permitted shall accord with the details set out on the application form unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match/complement the existing building(s) and the visual amenities of the locality.
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plan, number 17.058-01 (rev4).


Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
