Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/03580/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The barn hereby approved shall be finished in Juniper Green and retained as such, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the rural character of the locality.

3) No storage of materials, plant or machinery shall take place within 5m of the hedgerow on the north-western boundary of the application site.

Reason: To ensure the protection of the hedgerow which provides a strong landscape screening contribution.

4) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers EB/26KV-01 Rev A, EB/26KV-02 Rev A and EB/26KV-07 Rev A.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
