Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/03584/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The outbuildings hereby permitted shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.

3) The materials to be used for the development hereby permitted shall accord with the details set out on the application form unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match/complement the existing building(s) and the visual amenities of the locality.
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 17.058-01 (rev4).

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
