| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development hereby granted prior approval shall be completed within three years from the date of this permission.
Reason: To comply with Paragraph Q.2 (3) of Class Q of Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). |

Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1, Class A of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no extensions to the dwellings hereby permitted shall be carried out without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To prevent harm being caused to the openness of the Green Belt. (Section 9, NPPF) |

Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1, Class E of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no buildings or other structures shall be erected or constructed within the curtilages of the dwellings without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

The first floor windows in the East elevation of the development hereby permitted shall be permanently fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through them at all times and shall be non-opening, unless the parts of the windows which are clear glazed and can be opened are more than 1.7m above the floor of the rooms in which the windows are installed. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the first floor of the East elevation.
Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties. (Policy BE8, SBLPR and Section 7, NPPF) |

Before the development is first occupied or brought into use, the parking scheme shown on approved drawing no. 1124-P-04 Rev C shall be completed and thereafter retained for this purpose.
Reason: To ensure the provision of car parking clear of the highway. (Section 4, NPPF) |

If during any site investigation, excavation, engineering or construction works evidence of land contamination is identified, the applicant shall notify the Local Planning Authority without delay. Any land contamination identified, shall be remediated to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority to ensure that the site is made suitable for its end use.
Reason: To protect human health and the environment. (Section 11, NPPF) |

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1124-P-01, 1124-P-02 rev B, 1124-P-03 rev B, 1124-P-04 rev C.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. |
