Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/03715/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period of three years from the date when planning permission is granted. When this time period expires the use shall be discontinued, any buildings or structures removed and the land re-instated unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted permission for its continuation and/or retention.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires in accordance with Policies CS14 and DM3 of Central Bedfordshire Council's Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document and Policy 43 of the emerging Central Bedfordshire Council Development Strategy.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan, number 3001.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
