Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/03925/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than 12 months from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The fence posts of the fence hereby approved shall be secured only through the use of a Metpost spike system (or similar) and shall not be located within 500mm of the trunk of any tree. If a different method and / or system is to be used for the securing and / or positioning of the fence posts, no work shall take place on the relocation of the fence hereby approved until a Method Statement has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority setting out how the fence shall be relocated without harming any of the trees on the site. The works shall then be carried out in strict accordance with the approved Method Statement,

Reason: To ensure that the works do not result in harm to any of the protected trees on the site.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CB/EN/14/0411_01 and CB/EN/14/0411_03 Rev E.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
