Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/04131/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed entrance and courtyard canopies, shall be constructed in the materials, including detailing and rainwater goods, illustrated on drawing numbers: 9112/PL/017; 9112/PL/023; 9112-PL-033; 9112-PL-035A; and 9112-PL-037A, and as clarified by the agents email of 23 November 2017.

Reason: To protect and enhance the architectural and historic interests of the Listed Building and its setting, in accordance with Policies CS13 and DM15 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the National Planning Policy Framework.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 9112/PL/001; 9112/PL/002; 9112/PL/010; 9112/PL/011; 9112/PL/012; 9112/PL/013; 9112/PL/014; 9112/PL/015; 9112/PL/017; 9112/PL/020; 9112/PL/021; 9112/PL/022; 9112/PL/023; 9112/PL/030; 9112/PL/031; 9112-PL-033; 9112-PL-035 Rev A and 9112-PL-037 Rev A, and as clarified by the agents email of 23 November 2017.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
