Conditions or Reasons:
1) All building works and repairs shall accord with the details and method statement approved pursuant to condition 2 of listed building consent CB/16/00678/LB.

Reason: To ensure that the special architectural or historic interest of the building or structure, its character and appearance is properly preserved, maintained and enhanced, in accordance with Policies CS15 and DM13 of the Adopted Core Strategy.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 9112/PL/001; 9112/PL/002; 9112/PL/010; 9112/PL/011; 9112/PL/012; 9112/PL/013; 9112/PL/014; 9112/PL/015; 9112/PL/017; 9112/PL/020; 9112/PL/021; 9112/PL/022; 9112/PL/023; 9112/PL/030; 9112/PL/031; 9112-PL-033; 9112-PL-035 Rev A and 9112-PL-037 Rev A, and as clarified by the agents email of 23 November 2017.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
