Conditions or Reasons:
1) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the development shall be carried out in accordance with the details received 29/08/17 and hereby approved by the Local Planning Authority.
2) The development of the building for purposes within Class C3 (dwellinghouses) must be completed within a period of three years from the date of this prior approval.
3) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted Site Location Plan.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
