Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed hipped to part hipped, part gable end side roof extension combined with the proposed rear roof domer extension would not comply with and hence fail the criteria stated in Paragraph B.1 (d)(ii) of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) and so fails the whole of Class B.

As such, both the proposed hipped to part hipped, part gable end side roof extension and the proposed rear roof dormer extension would not be considered to be permitted development and therefore requires planning permission.
